With seven plate rolling machines even the largest orders are processed promptly. Usually a one to two week turn-around on small orders, and 3 to 5 day turn-around on hot jobs. The installation of our Model 34 Bertsch Plate Roller, gave us the capability of rolling plate 2 3/4" thick x 10' wide. As of June 1, 2020, we installed our new "DAVI" Plate Roller machine capable of rolling 4 1/2" thick. (See photos below)
